Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply to MedHub, a service operated by Shepardtri Solutions Private Limited. By registering on WhatsApp you agree to them.

What MedHub does

MedHub stores the medical reports, prescriptions and images you send on WhatsApp, organises them by family member, and shows them in an online health record. It reads values and names from reports automatically to help you find and follow them.

Not medical advice

MedHub is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Values and summaries are read automatically and may contain mistakes: always check the original report, and consult a qualified doctor before making any health decision. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Your responsibilities

Availability

We work to keep MedHub available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control, including WhatsApp outages. Keep your original reports.

Fees

MedHub is currently free for patients. We will tell you on WhatsApp before introducing any charge, and you can choose to stop using the service.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts used to send unlawful or abusive content, or other people's records without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Shepardtri Solutions Private Limited is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown in MedHub, or for losses caused by interruptions of WhatsApp or the internet.
